Testimonials

Lydia is a wonderful teacher. She has helped me improve as [a] musician by giving me new ways to learn and grow in lessons and practice. Because of her I feel prepared to join a music group in college. She pushed me to become a better flute player, while still being kind and accommodating. I would recommend Lydia to anyone looking to learn flute.

Aubrey, high school student

Dr. Carroll was fantastic! It was apparent that she loves music and really cares about her students. This was a good course and very enjoyable.

General Music Student, Bridgewater College

[Lydia] did an exceptional job. Not only was she professional in all ways, but generated enthusiasm and passion for the instrument. Her level of expertise is amazing, and her ability to translate that to the level of understanding of three diverse levels of achievement was wonderful to observe.
